The PMS Program Is Proven Through 12 Years of Comprehensive Research

With a unique blend of professional and personal experience, research and education, writer and researcher Deborah Robbins empowers women with an innovative, natural, proven program to help you take control of PMS and PMDD.
PMS (premenstrual syndrome) and PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) are the most misunderstood, misdiagnosed illnesses in the modern world. The false assumption that PMS is 'something women just have to live with' has spawned a closet mentality fueled by confusion and embarrassment. Many women are reluctant to seek help. Those that do are often disappointed by the lack of knowledgeable, experienced help available.
Research conducted for the past 12 years by The PMS Project© shows that the symptoms of PMS and PMDD increase in severity particularly for women in their 30s through 40s. Left untreated, the results can be devastating. This research reveals that premenstrual syndrome and premenstrual dysphoric disorder have resulted in child abuse, divorce, broken homes, lost friendships, failed careers, and deteriorated health. Suicide attempts and prescription drug dependancy represent an alarming consequence of PMDD and severe PMS.
Trying to control PMS or PMDD without a comprehensive program is like trying to drive from Seattle to Baton Rouge without a road map. Transition...the passage into wellness and The PMS Program® charts the course for you, offering hope and help to women living with this cyclical turmoil.
Learning how to control the symptoms of PMS and PMDD involves learning how to take control of (and care for) your mind and your body. Learn the nutritional and lifestyle practices necessary to take control, and enjoy improved physical and emotional health.
Transition is an informative and enlightening publication series based on the ground-breaking PMS Program which focuses on controlling the symptoms of PMS in a proactive, natural manner. Available in the award-winning combined edition of The Best of Transition Volumes II, III and IV, or as individual volumes (I - V), Transition delivers the help, hope and health that eludes women suffering from PMS and PMDD.
Transition offers a wealth of original articles and timely research packed into an engaging advertisement-free publication, written and edited by internationally published and award-winning writer, Deborah Robbins. Transition... the passage into wellness is an internationally registered series of publications published in soft cover, coil bound, and includes both article and recipe indexes.
Transition enjoys a world-wide readership of doctors, health care professionals, women's health organizations, wives, mothers, daughters, sisters (and husbands) -- people eager for a solution to a complex issue that has plagued women for centuries.
The latest breakthroughs, research findings, timely articles and exclusive interviews grace the pages of Transition. Recent articles include: Living in the Shadow of PMS -- The Male Perspective; The PMDD Chronicles -- One Woman's Diary; Five Steps to Controlling Mood Swings; Estrogen, PMS, and Whole Grains; How To Quiet The Mind and Calm The Body; Curbing Premenstrual Rage and Hostility; The Truth About Herbal Remedies; Changing Negative Thought Processes; Relaxation Techniques for the Reluctant.
Transition... the passage into wellness began in 1997 as a monthly serial publication. Today the Transition series spans five comprehensive volumes packed with help, hope and enlightenment based on the proven, PMS Program.
Individual volumes of Transition is one option to begin your journey into health and harmony: soft cover editions with concise indexes that put articles and recipes at your fingertips. The Best of Transition arms you with enough information and motivation to combat PMS and PMDD in a natural, drug-free manner. (For additional information, simply click on ORDER FORM at the top of this page, or read on.)
Every volume of Transition focuses on the nutritional and lifestyle components of The PMS Program ® and includes original, triple-tested recipes using common foods and herbs proven to relieve the symptoms of PMS, and of course, the 'Enlighten Me!' cartoon provides a welcome dose of humor. Every volume strives to motivate and empower you with a positive, Yes, I Can! attitude. You don't have to feel alienated and alone in the battle to conquer PMS.

The following recipes represent the culinary diversity and healthy qualities of foods you can enjoy while following The PMS Nutrition Plan.

"My wife and I would like to thank you for your research and dedication in working towards solving the puzzle of PMS. As a physician (and a husband) I felt helpless when I was unable to treat her. I can assure you that our copies of Transition... the passage into wellness are well read."

"My PMDD depression was so severe it made me suicidal. I went to many doctors and psychiatrists in Chile and even went to a PMDD specialist in the USA. They tried everything from therapy to hormone injections to drugs. Nothing worked. Then I found your web site and ordered your books. During the first two months on your program all the symptoms including the depression disappeared. I really think the solution was The PMS Nutrition Plan. This program is the only thing that has worked for me. Thanks for being there and helping me overcome this!"
Allison Huckaby
Chile
"Once I received the Transition series I booked a consultation before beginning The PMS Program. It was the right choice for me. Deborah gave me perspective, purpose, hope and encouragement. I recommend this option for all women who want results now."
Sue Jefferson

"As always, your advice is sensible and your patience and care in your responses is extraordinary."
Tom Crespi

"After many years of doctors and pills I finally found hope in your calming voice and understanding words. Yesterday I ordered the Transition series, but today was really difficult and I was desperate so I booked a consultation. It was the most enlightening hour of my life. Yes, you gave me a summary of The PMS Program, but we discussed my symptoms. That made all the difference. I went shopping armed with your list and followed your recommendations. Now I'm writing to report how much calmer, balanced, and yes, even normal I feel! I know this program is the start of a new life for me."
Cheryl Stewart
Ohio, USA
"My first month on The PMS Program was a huge improvement: No mood swings, weight gain, cravings, bloating, and digestive problems. My mom is very happy that the Transition books have helped me. She watched me suffer and now she is amazed at the dramatic difference this program has made in me."
Jen Perrier
Kingwood, TX
