Hi, Welcome to my Web Page! My name is Dennison Moore and I am an author and consultant on government affairs, particularly in the fields of multiculturalism and race relations. Really that's what I do for my living. I am now writing a book on multiculturalism in Canada, which I have tentatively titled "Multiculturalism in Canada: An Inside View." As the title suggests, I will be considering multiculturalism from the perspective of the former Chief of Staff to the Minister of Multiculturalism and Citizenship Canada. Since multiculturalism is a hot topic in many countries of the world, I would appreciate hearing your views of multiculturalism in general and the importance of this ideology as a tool in nation building in particular.
With regard to race relations, I recently published ORIGINS AND DEVELOPMENT OF RACIAL IDEOLOGY IN TRINIDAD: THE BLACK VIEW OF THE EAST INDIAN. This book seeks to explain,in the case of Trindad, the conditions that give rise to ideological production, how an ideology develops and the purposes it serves. I would also appreciate the comments of web browsers who have read ORIGINS.
