We commit to installing your service on the confirmed date or we refund your installation fee. Once your service is properly installed and operational, we offer a Site Availability guarantee of up to 99.9% for Data Network Services and a Mean-Time-To-Restore (MTTR) commitment of four hours in the event of an outage.
